Mrs Charu Paliwal, is one of the founder partner of the firm. She has 18 years of experience in the field of Income Tax and Company law matters. She has served various clients in setting up businesses in India. She has got expertise in Income Tax and Goods & Services Tax (GST). She is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Account (FCA).

As a practicing Charted Accountant, she is proficient in statutory compliances applicable for companies and LLPs.

Mr Hardik Pathak, an aspiring and a goal-oriented professional, holds an outstanding academic record in the field of law and politics. He is an alumni of University of Delhi and holds a double degree by completing his Masters in Political Science and Post Graduation Diploma in International Law from Indian Society for International Law (ISIL), New Delhi. He is a gold medalist in International Human Rights law and have been a scholar since his school days.

With regard to his professional experience, he has been previously associated with Central Government under Ministry of Women & Child Development and have a working profile with regard to United Nations Convention of Rights of Child, POCSO Fast-track Court Cases, Organising Committee for National Child Awards 2020. He has been an active member of VSERVE FOR RIGHTS, a Law Firm.

There has been an active participation from his end at multiple MUN and Debating competitions and has exemplified himself in the circuit of Mooting as well. He has even published research articles and papers under his credit. This has increased his self-esteem and would make an upcoming bright future for the legal fraternity
