This is a very important aspect of the firm’s practice. Our primary goal is to help clients prevent litigation in India and actively promote arbitration for resolution of commercial disputes. Even in cases where litigation was chosen as an initial recourse, we have often explored ways of settling disputes through mediation and conciliation.

We have also arranged  arbitrators and opinion makers  for  disputes  of technical nature and  where subject matter experts or industry veterans  are required  to elaborate the issue  or provide  root cause analysis.
